Having enjoyed cycling and the benefits of cycling, forever, Jacinta, the proprietor of Ladies Back On Your Bike, enjoys showing and helping ladies to enjoy this too. Over the past 4 years, through LBOYB, we have helped over 200 ladies, get themselves back into the fun of cycling. Through skill sessions and cycling on paths and if one wishes, then cycling on roads, we provide the care and instruction to do so carefully and safely so as ladies will be much more confident cycling. The camaraderie, fun and freedom is fantastic!
