This class is for those wanting to deepen their Yoga practice. Previous experience is required. It is not a class for beginners.
One hour of gentle stretching exercises for seniors, breathing techniques to slow the breath and calm the mind and always finishing with a 5 minute relaxation script to totally relax the mind and body.
Participants must be mobile and able to do exercises on the floor on a Yoga mat and blanket, and will need the ability to move from the floor to a standing position. Most exercises are from the anti-arthritic series.
Please bring along a yoga mat.
Janice has completed the Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching, and is a member of Yoga Australia.
