Basic standing and stepping skills are practiced and we encourage the development of a good foundation: Key skills, such as stance, structure, centring, focus, and mind-body relaxation, will develop balance, co-ordination, spatial awareness and sensitivity. Students are taught a few selected moves and an enjoyable short form.
